Christmas truly is one of the most wonderful times of the year at Discovery Park of America. With the most spectacular light show in Northwest Tennessee and a storybook drive through of “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas,” a trip to Discovery Park needs to be on your calendar this holiday season.

Let It Glow Light Show

Bring the whole family to Discovery Park’s “Let It Glow” light show open Nov. 13. through Dec. 30, 2020. You and your family can enjoy this show seven nights a week from 5-9 p.m. It is only $10 per car to drive through over one million dazzling lights and listen to holiday hits that are synchronized to the show. The “Let It Glow” light show is CLOSED Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.

‘Twas the Night Before Christmas at Discovery Park

Looking for something new and different to do this Christmas? How about a performance you can enjoy without ever leaving your car? Dress the family in their cheeriest holiday pajamas and come to the south entrance of Discovery Park. You’ll then drive through the park stopping along the way to enjoy a series of live performances as you read the story aloud.

Inspired by the well-known Christmas poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas” by Clement Clarke Moore, the experience has been created to inspire a love of reading in a fun and unique way while providing an excellent beginning to your Christmas celebrations. “’Twas the Night Before Christmas at Discovery Park” is $10 per car and is on Tues., Dec. 22, 2020, 1 – 4 p.m.
