Homeschool Day in March will be Thurs., Mar. 16, 2023, for all children grades 1-12. This month’s theme is Agriculture and classes include:

History: Living in Mississippian Tennessee

Agriculture: New Life “Springs” Forth (Newborn farm animal discussion)

Wildlife: Agricultural Best Practices to Benefit Wildlife

Homeschool Day programming is from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Classes will begin promptly at 1 p.m. so please make plans to arrive no later than 12:45 p.m.

A 15-minute break with a snack is included. Please alert us of any allergies that your child has in advance.

Please register your student(s) in the appropriate grade level by clicking here:

Grades 1-4    (Elementary)
Grades 5-8    (Middle School)
Grades 9-12  (High School)

*While we have separated grades into three groups, we recognize that parents and guardians know their student(s) best. It is always at the parent’s discretion to decide which grade group is most appropriate for their child, within reason. Please contact the Education department if you have any questions.

Tickets are $6 per student for DPA members and $15.95 per student for nonmembers. This includes access to the park for the entire day, so come early to explore before classes begin!
