Looking for something new and different to do this Christmas? How about a performance you can enjoy without ever leaving your car? Dress the family in their cheeriest holiday pajamas and come to the south entrance of Discovery Park. You’ll then drive through the park stopping along the way to enjoy a series of live performances as you read the story aloud.

Inspired by the well-known Christmas poem “A Visit from St. Nicholas” by Clement Clarke Moore, the experience has been created to inspire a love of reading in a fun and unique way while providing an excellent beginning to your Christmas celebrations.

Take a look at the Storybook Drive of the Three Little Pigs presented by the Obion River Regional Libraries for a better understanding of this drive-through experience.

“’Twas the Night Before Christmas at Discovery Park” is $10 per car and is on Tues., Dec. 22, 2020, 1 – 4 p.m.

After you’ve driven through this live action storybook performance, stick around for the “Let It Glow” light show that starts at 5 p.m.
