Thanks to our partnership with Magnolia Place Assisted Living, children 17 and younger will once again receive free admission to Discovery Park of America throughout the month of January 2024. Our museum and heritage park will also be offering adult admission for just $10 in January.

New hours in 2024 will also provide more opportunities to visit. Beginning Jan. 2, 2024, Discovery Park will be open Tuesday through Sunday and closed on Mondays through February. From March through August, Discovery Park will be open seven days a week.

With Discovery Park’s 10th birthday behind us, we look forward to the many opportunities for children and adults to see beyond in the next 10 years beginning in 2024.

2023 brought new, permanent exhibits to Discovery Park including the Farm Credit Mid-America Education Pavilion and greenhouses, along with “Duck, Duck, Goose: Waterfowl of the Mississippi Flyway,” that was created in partnership with Ducks Unlimited.
